Returns
At WAVEIN, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We believe in the quality of our products and stand by every item we sell.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that unless the product is defective or damaged, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Necklaces
- Rings
- Any other accessories
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@waveinswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the problem and include photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@waveinswim.com.
